Infuse your Own Butter
Easy Butter bags are great for making herbal butter the old fashioned way. Simply pour butter through the bag to strain out any particles leftover from the cooking process. To use add 8–10 grams of your favourite ground herb per stick of unsalted butter or 4oz of Coconut, Olive or Vegetable Oil. Add 1–2 drops of sunflower lecithin(per stick or 4oz of oil) - optional. Heating temperature between 160°–170° F, for 2-4 hours; stirring occasionally. When finished pour slowly through the Easy Butter bag; squeezing residual fluid out of the herb.
