Support Update

Exciting news – effective February 24th, 2021, the mailbox will no longer be monitored in place of a service request and ticketing system. Customers are invited to submit a Help Request Online by heading to and selecting ‘I need help’ from the Customer Support tab at the top of the main menu. Or, on any page on the web-site, you’ll see a Mail Icon at the bottom right of your screen which will bring you to the same page. Upon completion, you will receive a ticket number, called a Case, via e-mail and a member of the team will be in touch shortly.

All calls, e-mails, and online submissions will be collated into our ticketing system, which will give you a direct line of reference when doing business with us. This critical service and system upgrade will allow us to provide you with even better service, and the business insights we require in order to continuously improve.
