humble+fume has been giving space to the voices that need to be heard. We are listening, learning and reflecting so that we may better understand how to take actionand unite with the Black community as colleagues, friends and family in the fight to eradicate systemic racism.

It is clear to us that part of the problem has been a reluctance to speak up; we will no longer be silent.

Declaring solidarity is powerful, and it is imperative that we support you by taking action. We have donated 4,500 respirator masks to theTexas Organizing Projectin an effort to provide thousands of peaceful protesters with the equipment necessary to stay healthy and safe while exercising their rights.

We pledge that we will do our part in engaging in dialogue with Black communities, as well as the employees within our organization, to understand how we can better serve to bring about change.
